UPDATE:
June 4, 2020

    Well, here it is..the month of June!  What a roller coaster year 2020 has been so far.  We are half way through this year and still dealing with events that no one saw coming.  Wait that is not quite accurate, God saw it coming.  He knew that we would be dealing with all this.  What a faithful God we serve!  He prepared us with the learning of His word and believing in Him.  He is always watching over His children. 

      June 7th is just a few days away.  We are praying and hoping to be able to worship again in person as a church family.  This is a personal decision for each of us.  We have taken every precaution and the guidelines are listed on the Home Page. 

       If you feel like you are ready and feel comfortable in your decision to return in person that is awesome.  If you do not feel ready and need more time to prepare, that is awesome.  WE are a church family whether online or in person.  This is just a building, the church is wherever you are.  WE are family and will continue to worship and serve to the best of our ability whether in person or online.

We are praying, watching and waiting for the end of this situation.   At this moment, we are praying that we will be able to meet as a church family on Sunday morning, June 7th for the 11:00 service only.  We will keep you posted on any changes.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE 4/21/20202

As you may have heard, things are starting to reopen in the state of Georgia.  We plan to be careful and cautious as to when we will announce the gathering of our church family together for worship services.  At the present time, we will simply continue our live broadcasts until further notice.

We have made it through another week.   Another gift from God and His amazing grace.   It makes us one week closer to being on the other side of this situation.   It makes us one week closer to getting everyone back in their place.  Through it all, God is showing himself.  Chapel is continuing to grow and continuing to spread the word of God.  THAT is the exciting part.  That in the midst of this storm, we are still able to be His light.  

     I hope you all had a blessed Resurrection Day.  I do apologize once again for Sunday morning.  It was a situation out of our control but thankfully we were able to get it back online for the evening service.  Brother David's message is downloaded to our YouTube Channel.  If you have not had a chance to subscribe, please do so.  

     

     As this world continues to spin crazily out of control,  it only points more to the one who is IN control.  When I watch the news, my heart aches for so many that may not have had the chance to be right with the Lord for we know the eternity they will face. 

      We as HIS children have a mission, to spread His truth and good news to everyone and anyone that we cross paths with every chance that we get.  Social distancing is just a challenge.  But we must do our part to help stop the spread of this virus.  But NOTHING can stop the spread of God's Word!   We have so many tools available to us to succeed in this mission.  There are many who never had time for church, for God, or even to stop and be still to listen to what He was saying.  We were too 'busy' with everyday things that we lost sight of our true purpose.  This time has given many the time to reflect and renew their faith, their strength, their courage and their determination to be that light for Christ.  Especially at this time of the year when we would normally be meeting to celebrate the new life that Christ paid the ultimate price to give us.  What a rare opportunity that God has given us to show His light as we spread His Word to many who either did not want to listen or had time to listen.  Now is a precious time to show them the love of God especially as this Sunday, we remember and praise God for the gift that his son Jesus gave us.  Be Prayer Warriors!!!

      If I have not been able to get you online yet, please let me know and we will work on that need.  

     Two new pages have been added to the website...Prayer Warriors...and Plan of Salvation.  These pages are to help people to share their prayer needs. There are many who have needs so please share this website with your friends and family. 

     Brother David's sermons can be found on the Light to Life Page as well as a few on the Home Page.   If you have not subscribed to the Chapel YouTube channel, check it out.  Let's get as many online as possible to share the light of the gospel.  Spread the word about the broadcasts and let us get them to listen.   This Sunday, we had over 80 listening online.  Praise the Lord!  Thank you for all you are doing to help.
